For All Your Residential & Commercial Cleaning Services in Quebec Province

Our Story — Why Qualimaid Was Created

Qualimaid Cleaning Services was founded in 2010 by Hany Elraggal with a simple mission: provide Montreal families and businesses with professional cleaning services they could truly trust. After 15+ years in the cleaning industry, Hany saw a gap in the market — most cleaning companies in Montreal were either unreliable, used harsh chemicals, or treated cleaning as an afterthought rather than a profession.

Starting with a small team and a single vehicle, Qualimaid grew through word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied clients across Montreal, Laval, and Longueuil. Today, we are one of the most trusted names in residential and commercial cleaning across Quebec, with a team of over 25 professionally trained cleaners serving hundreds of homes and businesses every week.

Our Founder

Hany Elraggal brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial cleaning to every aspect of Qualimaid. From developing our training programs to personally inspecting quality on job sites, Hany ensures every client receives the same level of care he would expect for his own family. Under his leadership, Qualimaid has grown from a small local operation into one of Montreal’s most recognized cleaning brands, earning hundreds of 5-star reviews and the trust of families and businesses throughout Quebec.

Our Mission

To provide Montreal, Laval, and all of Quebec with the highest standard of professional cleaning services — delivered by trained, insured, background-checked professionals who treat every home and business with the care and respect it deserves.

Our Core Values

Trust: Every cleaner undergoes background checks, drug screening, and work history verification before joining our team. All are fully bonded and covered by our $5M liability insurance policy.

Excellence: We never cut corners. Every cleaning follows a detailed checklist and is inspected for quality. If you are not completely satisfied, we return within 24 hours to make it right — guaranteed.

Eco-Responsibility: We use 100% eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and the environment — without compromising on cleaning power.

Community: As a locally owned and operated Montreal business, we are committed to supporting our community through local hiring, sustainable practices, and community involvement.

Professionalism: Our cleaners arrive in uniform, on time, and fully equipped. We invest in ongoing training so our team stays current with the latest cleaning techniques and safety standards.

Training Standards

Every Qualimaid cleaner completes our rigorous training program before servicing clients independently. Our training covers proper cleaning techniques for all surfaces, safe handling of cleaning products, cross-contamination prevention, client communication and professionalism, and specialized training for commercial, medical, and educational facilities. We invest in ongoing education to ensure our team stays at the forefront of cleaning industry standards.

Our Commitment to Montreal and Laval

Qualimaid is proudly headquartered in Laval, Quebec, and has been serving the Greater Montreal community since 2010. We understand the unique needs of Montreal homes — from winter salt and slush management to summer dust and pollen control. Our local knowledge means we provide cleaning services that are specifically adapted to our climate, our architecture, and our community. When you choose Qualimaid, you are supporting a local business that reinvests in your community.

Community Involvement

We believe in giving back to the communities we serve. Qualimaid supports local charities, sponsors community events, and prioritizes hiring from within the Montreal and Laval areas. As we continue to grow, our commitment to being a positive force in our community remains at the heart of everything we do.

Why Clients Choose Qualimaid

With so many cleaning companies in Montreal, here is why families and businesses consistently choose Qualimaid: we are local, not a franchise — decisions are made in Montreal, by people who understand this city. Our cleaners are employees, not subcontractors — ensuring consistent quality and accountability. Every service is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We use eco-friendly products that are safe for your family while delivering professional results. Our $5M liability insurance means you are fully protected. And we have earned hundreds of 5-star reviews from real clients across Montreal, Laval, Longueuil, and beyond.
